INTERSTATE
Our network extends to all corners of Australia allowing our clients to seamlessly move their freight with the ease of single point accountability and with the same care and reliability you have come to expect from TransX.
LOCAL DISTRIBUTION
We provide a range of options to distribute your freight locally including same day pick-up and delivery (PUD) services. Our fleet of rigid trucks are all fitted with curtains and full-size tailgates and can cater for bulk, single pallet and multi drop requirements.
SPECIALIST FREIGHT
Supporting our clients is what we do and this extends to the transport of specialist items critical to business continuity. Whether it be a 10t engine, raw materials for industry, caravan chassis or rain water tanks, we possess the capability and capacity to deliver on-time, every time.
QUALITY SYSTEMS
At TransX we have implemented a range of systems to do things more efficiently, reliably and most importantly, safer.
Maintenance Standards – The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) provides the standard in vehicle maintenance and as a result, we are an Accredited Operator under the scheme. All our vehicles are serviced in accordance with the NHVR criteria providing further comfort that we can support your business safely and reliably.
Fleet Management – Monitoring and maintaining a safe and reliable fleet is central to providing high-quality solutions for our clients. To ensure compliance with the NHVR Maintenance requirements we have implemented Gearbox, an online fleet management software, to manage all aspects of our vehicles including routine and reactive maintenance, upgrades, improvements and licences and registrations.
Driver Prestarts and Fault Reporting – vehicle safety checks and driver readiness are a mandatory part of our daily routine. To ensure that any issues are identified, logged and closed out swiftly and effectively we have implemented the Prestart system. The App-based software requires each driver to undertake a 20-point check of their vehicle each morning and report (with photos) any issues. These issues then appear in the Gearbox system for management to address. Similarly, any faults detected during the course of operating a vehicle are reported in real-time.
